Latest Updates from Our Project:

End of Summer and Fulfillment Plans!
over 4 years ago – Tue, Aug 06, 2019 at 01:42:16 PM

Greetings fellow Overlanders!  I am back from a somewhat extended summer hiatus.  I apologize for the lack of updates in June and July but I had not anticipated being away that long so I never gave you all a heads up back in May.  First of all, I appreciate everyone who reached out to me to check on me (and the project) over the past two months and as I told them, YES I am ok and the project is as well.

As a brief explanation, of my hiatus, I started work as a Substitute Teacher in my local school system last December and that is mostly what I do now.  Unfortunately over the summer the schools are obviously closed and I had to find other work to pay the bills for the last two months.  Being part time work I have literally been working seven days a week. This not only put work on the last remaining supplements on hold, but any activity on my various social media and Youtube channels on hold as well.  So it certainly was not anything related to Journey To The Overland specifically.

Thankfully, the summer is winding down and with half of my bills for August already paid, I am in position to cut some of my work days until school reopens in September. That being said I am anxious to begin the initial waves of fulfillment.  My announced fulfillment date for the Kickstarter was July 2019 so sadly this Kickstarter is going to be completed late which honestly irks me but the good thing is there isn't any "big problem" to blame that would threaten the whole campaign if I didn't work it out.  Right now it's literally a matter of some writing and formatting on a few last stubborn supplements!

That being said, before I posted this update I went through all the Reward Levels and wanted to see just what I had on hand (or cued up at the printer) and for the first four pledge levels I have just about everything ready to go.  That being the case, rather than make every Backer wait for a few supplements that they aren't receiving anyway, I have decided to begin fulfillment in waves.

The following waves will indicate what pledges I expect to fulfill each month and the process I will use to do that:

WAVE 1 (Aug 2019) - Softcover Rulebook/Townscape STL (1) Castles

This pledge is essentially the softcover rulebook only and anyone who ordered the STL files of the Castles featured in the game.  If you ordered the STL files you should have received the link where you can download those for free from DriveThruRPG already.  If not, please contact me.  For the softcover rulebook only, which is the large expanded and revised, 2nd Edition Rulebook, I will be sending out "surveys" to Backers requesting any updates to their mailing information and how they would prefer to receive the invoice for shipping costs. Presently shipping in the United States for the Softcover Rulebook is $7.00. Outside the USA the cost will vary depending on where you are at.

Wave 2 - (Aug 2019) 2nd Edition Hardcover Pledge/Townscape STL Bundle

This pledge is for the 2nd Edition Hardcover rulebook only and the entire Townscape STL Bundle.  Again, if you ordered the bundle you should have already received your DriveThruRPG link to download it.  These Backers will receive a similar survey to the softcover Backers with the shipping cost for the Hardcover rulebook in the USA being $8.00 and again outside the USA will depend on where you are located.

My goal is to complete all of these pledges by the end of August. Looking at the campaign this should only be about twelve Backers or 10% of all Backers.  However, there may be more that joined through Backerkit so I am including them as part of these waves.

Wave 3 - (Sep 2019) Upgrade Pledge/Core Game Pledge

This pledge is for all the returning Backers from the original Journey To The Overland Kickstarter and those who only asked for a Core Game with the new 2nd Edition Rulebook.  Upgrade Backers will be receiving the Hardcover Rulebook, Unreleased Card Set, Scenario Book and Troop Counters. All of this will be shipped at a flat rate of $8.00 which covers the cost of shipping the Hardcover Rulebook as promised. Core Game Backers will receive a survey of some sort also asking for their preference to pay the shipping for the Core Game. In the USA I anticipate this to be about $12 however it will be shipped in "two" shipments.  One shipment will be the Hardcover rulebook only and the other will be the game box and components.  This is to save shipping cost.  I can ship the Hardcover Book media mail for $8.00 but if I include it in the game and ship them together the cost for priority mail increases to about $20.  If anyone does prefer to have them shipped together and pay the $20.00 instead of $12 then they can indicate that in the survey.

My goal is to complete all of these pledges by the end of September, although I will probably send the surveys out before the month is up and once I get the number of those who have paid, I will place my order with the printer so if they come back earlier some Backers in this wave may receive their items before the end of September.

Let me point out now, if I do request shipping and you are unable to pay it for some reason, I will simply move you to the next wave.  This is because I am going to place my orders with the various printers I use based on who has paid for the shipping and are ready to receive their items.  This way I do not order items and have them sitting around that I cannot use to fulfill a pledge.  Also I will not request shipping from any Backer until everything they are getting is ready to be sent.

Looking at the campaign this should be about forty-seven Backers.  Adding this to the twelve would be a total of 59 pledges fulfilled by the end of September or 42%.

Wave 4 - (Oct 2019) Early Bird/ALL IN NextGen Backers!

This pledge is for all the Early Bird and ALL IN NextGen Backers.  Looking at my checklist for the stretch goals the only thing I am still tinkering with is the GM Screen.  The one I did a prototype with GameCrafter is not very sturdy and I would prefer to find a better option that I could still afford.  I spoke with a manufacturer at GenCon this past weekend but their material was very similar to what GameCrafter uses. But Backers in this pledge level will receive a similar survey to that received by the Core Game Backers requesting preferences for paying for shipping and whether they want one or two shipments. I guess I should point out, with media mail you can "ONLY" put a book in the package.  So you cannot include cards, rules or anything else, which is why the post office gives the discounted rate.  The post office reserves the right to open media mail packages and make sure nothing like this is included.  So again, those who want to save shipping will get two shipments or maybe three.  The color world map and the Overland Arena are somewhat over sized and as such I may use backer boards and ship those separately as well to keep them from getting bent.  Shipping costs should mirror those of the Core Game pledges.

My goal is to complete all of these pledges by the end of October 2019. There are 59 Backers in these two pledge levels and I know some were added in Backerkit so there may be half a dozen more than that.  But adding 59 to the previous 59 would give me 118 pledges fulfilled! Or 84% of the campaign by the end of October 2019!

Wave 5 - Master Storyteller Pledges

This pledge is for the Master Storyteller Backers! I have three more supplements to finish writing and format for this pledge level which I hope to complete between now and November when I start shipping these. I expect by November if I have one or two supplements still to complete I will simply ship what I have and send the other two separately at my own cost. I am also planning to add some items to this pledge that were not listed in the Kickstarter but were mentioned in Backerkit like The Wooddam Forest Expansion and Master Storyteller NPC Cards. This pledge level will almost certainly be two shipments but again if you prefer one I will try to accommodate that when the time comes.  In the USA this will certainly be a priority mail shipment and depending on the boxes available I anticipate shipping to be $27 to $30 to most Backers with a separate shipping of $8.00 for the Hardcover Rulebook.  These will be shipped in the redesigned large size JTO Boxes so I will not need to ship the color maps and inserts separately and the main game map will only be folded twice instead of four times.

The Master Storytellers being the last of the pledges that did not cancel I expect to complete all of these by the end of November or middle of December with a real focus on getting everyone everything before Christmas! There were only five Backers in the campaign at this level but we added more in Backerkit.  But adding the five to 118 gives us 123, we had 14 Backers pledge $1.00 to be kept informed which puts us at 137 and we had 3 Backers who pledged for No Reward giving us a total of 140 or 100% by mid-December.

2020!

So if all goes as planned I will be VERY pleased with this Kickstarter and consider it some lessons well learned.  My plans for 2020 are still up in the air but I expect to focus on smaller releases throughout the year and general quality improvements instead of any new content. Somewhere in there, when my writing on the supplements is completed, I will start the initial outlines of the sci-fi version of Journey To The Overland.  I still do not have a title for it yet and am keeping my eye on some artist to do the cover art.  But that is all still a bit off and I've still a bit of work to do till then!

Thank you all again for your support and your patience.  I will be resuming monthly updates this month and going forward so I have some new art to show in the next update and maybe even some shots of packages being sent or deliveries from the printer. Fun stuff!

A milestone, a setback and more art!
almost 5 years ago – Sat, May 18, 2019 at 02:33:38 AM

Hello all,

This is more or less an obligatory update as it was getting long since the last update.  I usually prefer to show finished product in my updates or near finished so I tend to put updates off until I think I have something completed to show.

Unfortunately this month I do not have any finished product "to show" but....

Town of Misery

The Town of Misery supplement/expansion is finished.  Other than minor editing the supplement and its cards are done.  I am really pleased with the finished module and really look forward to getting it printed and added to the "stack" that will be part of the ALL IN Backer shipments.

Unknown Islands

This supplement is very close to being finished...well it may be very close.  One thing that happens as I get to the last elements of a module is I usually decide I need to "add" another table or section to fill out part of a scenario or level and as a result what may have been a "very close" to being finished module can involve a few more weeks of conceptualizing and writing.  So right now the Unknown Islands will be a sort of "dungeon crawl" powered by a series of inter-related tables.  Now generally as a rule I do not consider Journey To The Overland to be a "table driven" game like d100 Dungeon or similar games.  With the Unknown Islands however after adding the usual elements that I think make JTO unique (i.e. map and cards) I decided to go back in and add the tables to give a dungeon crawl feel to exploring the many ruins located on the island.  So as of now the players will be able to explore the following ruins:  Aboriginal Ruins, Nether Ruins, Celestial Ruins, Abbey Ruins, Druid Ruins, Dwarven Ruins and Elven Ruins.  Each ruin is located at a different location on the island and most will involve a mini-scenario to access them.  Actually exploring them is where the tables will come in and then getting out will involve a separate game element added on top of that to add a sense of urgency.  Meaning you must balance how much you are accumulating in the dungeon against your odds of getting out going down the longer you stay in them.  Anyway I am about 80% done with all of this then I have to get into my Indesign documents.

The Setback

So speaking of Indesign...all of my final files are done in Indesign.  Shortly after the last Kickstarter I hired an Indesign layout designer to layout all of the modules in Indesign.  I then hired a separate layout artist to layout the second edition Master Rulebook Indesign.  As a result all of the updates and I do and edit to those files are in Indesign.  Now as a general rule I save multiple copies of my working files as I go and usually in multiple locations.  Well as part of making more room on my hard drive recently I moved about 125 GB of data from my drive to a USB stick including the final edits of the Master Rulebook.  Well what seemed to go well went horribly wrong a week later when I went to access the files and the whole USB was corrupted.  At first all the files had chinese looking script.  Then when I ran ChKDsk on the USB (NEVER DO THIS) it literally erased 1 GB file folder down to 32k stubs.  After a week of trying programs and other restore methods I was unable to recover any of it.  So in short the final edited Indesign file of the second edition rulebook is gone.

That being said, I did have a partially edited copy of the file that I had saved and moved to another location back in January.  So this file basically contained all the work done by the layout artist I hired and my very early edits for typos.  Unfortunately I had literally been making edits on the rulebook almost every night for two months from January to March and all of those edits are LOST.  The only saving grace is that the final edited rulebook had already been sent to my publisher and it contains all the corrections and additions made to date.  But going forward I don't have the ability to easily go back in and make new corrections or edit typos as the working file doesn't exist in that state anymore.  At this point I am just moving forward with it as is.  I do have a proof copy of the PDF which I am hoping to be able to edit directly in the future if necessary.  The only problem with this is that the proof copy has a watermark from the printer that says "PROOF" and I have to see if I can find an affordable program to get rid of that.  Also I am not sure that even if I can edit it whether it will preserve all the images or will I open it with something like 300 missing links where images would go.  Anyway you can see I've got a headache waiting for me when, and if, I need to go make corrections to the main rulebook again.

A Milestone

So that is the bad news.  In other news by time this update posts I should have reached a milestone on Archivos.  That milestone being that ALL of the first edition Encounter Cards are now on the website.  As I indicated last week this should allow anyone who wants to read or refer to the text on the cards to do so at the website.  Please note the NPC "stats" are NOT included in the entries so you will still need your copy of the game and your card deck to get the NPC stats and possessions.  I will not be adding any of the cards and art from the expansions until they ship out but eventually I will put them in and "link" them to their relevant location.  So for example, the Unknown Island cards will be linked to the Unknown Islands location on the map so if you want to see all the cards or other NPCs that appear in that module you can do so with a simple filter and sort.  I should also point out that I have not linked any of the 118 or so Encounter Cards added to date as that will take a bit of time but eventually if you click on a discipline like "Fighters" it will show you all the Encounter Cards that feature a fighter NPC.  Very cool, right!

Hardcover Giveaway

In the last update I announced a giveaway of the first draft of both the Hardcover and Softcover 2nd Edition rulebooks.  I posted the winner of the softcove rulebook in a separate update however I had to postpone the drawing for the hardcover as Youtube would not allow me to actually see who had subscribed to the Journey To The Overland Youtube channel which was the requirement for the drawing.  So I am going to redo the hardcover drawing on the Journey To The Overland Youtube channel as follows:  1.) I will be posting a new JTO related video to this channel this weekend; 2.) to be in the drawing you must be 'subscribed' [which I can see when it happens but not later] and you must leave a "comment" on that video.  Finally, you must be a Backer either through Kickstarter or Backerkit as I do not want someone other than a Backer to get the first copy of the 2nd Edition Rulebook outside of the ones I have.  Again I will pay for shipping in the USA and split shipping elsewhere or send it to a USA location of your choice.  I will do the drawing one week after the video goes up.

So where do we stand on fulfillment?

So with all of that I am still expecting to start sending out the first copies of the 2nd Edition by July.  This will probably be to those who just ordered the Core Game followed by my First Edition Upgrade Backers. The last wave will be those ALL IN or MASTER STORYTELLER pledges that include The Wooddam Forest Expansion as that will be the last expansion completed (about 55% done) and I would prefer not to hold up other pledges waiting on it if it comes to that.  Please remember no shipping has been collected yet and I won't collect any shipping until I have specific categories of pledges ready to go out.  Technically I could start shipping the 2nd Edition Core Game today as the only change in the Core Game from the first edition is the greatly expanded and revised 2nd Edition Rulebook.  But there are at least two other corrections I want to make to the final rulebook (basically image quality issues) and want to at least try to do those before I send out those shipping costs requests.

A MASTER STORYTELLER

Last year I shared all of the Master Storyteller concepts I had received at that time with you guys and I think they all went over very well.  All of them are complete and in files to be used where appropriate.  I have received one or two more since that that I realized I had never shared so I wanted to provide them here in this update:

Akamu [art pending] is a warrior and explorer, he wields a weapon known as The Taiaha.  Akamu is a native of the Unknown Islands and believed to be a descendant of its old kings.  Akamu is the only known person to have traveled to and returned from what is known as the "Mystic Triangle" in the world of Overland which runs from the southern end of the Continent of Overland to the continents of Eden and the Arachald Islands.  Akamu was believed lost and has not been heard or seen in over eight years.  Until now.  He is said to have been sighted heading for the Unknown Islands and many fear he will not like what he sees when he returns there!

The Mystic Triangle
The Mystic Triangle

 The Three Orphan Annies

The Three Orphan Annies (annie = animal; dire wolves/dogs/canine styles predators). They were orphaned from their mother (killed) as infants and suffered unequally but bonded together nonetheless. Timido was the runt (severely diminished size) but is adept at endearing itself to intelligent creatures in non-threatening ways. Archo was the half-runt (half-size)) but turned out wicked fast and agile. Fido was the exception and grew oversized but turned out exceptionally faithful and protective of its siblings. These three range freely and have a very successful ‘campaign’ always keeping on the move. They are highly intelligent and know what they’re doing: prey and move. And Timido is usually the scout and just before an attack: the bait. Timido is as vicious (if not more so) than Archo and Fido. When they are hungry, they are very bloodthirsty. They hunt for the perfect amounts of food (i.e., they plan to kill just what they need, yet they also don’t like leaving survivors (loose ends)). Archo tracks down and kills loose ends. And if Timido is the bait, Fido is the sledgehammer, the final blow on any prey or defenders of prey. Once again, they kill for food but... don’t leave survivors.

Timido "the runt"
Timido "the runt"

The Cast

1) Timido (runt dire wolf), 2) Archo (half-runt dire wolf), 3) Fido (oversized dire wolf),  4) Rogar, the ranger
5) Victor, the victim. Victor is a character in the countryside or outskirts of town/city with farm and family. Fit as a fiddle, but not a warrior. And if the PC’s cross paths with the Three Orphan Annies, Victor could be the prey.

The ‘campaign’ of the Three Orphan Annies is virtually undetectable since it’s attributed to local wildlife, not a band of roaming predators. However, a ranger guardian has picked up the pattern. Rogar is the only one who recognizes there’s any threat at all. He has confirmed the threat with contact... where he lost a chunk of his left arm (heavy scar, non-crippling) while fending off a sudden attack from a huge dog, wolf-sized animal (Archo). The creature seemed highly intelligent and... departed to avoid another volley of arrows from a Rogar’s companion. (Archo was already wounded.) Archo’s behavior (leaving a survivor, witnesses) was uncharacteristic, and it’s not clear whether Archo was so heavily wounded to escape or perhaps... has begun to feel and show remorse for her victims.

The Three Oprhans are tentatively set to appear in a mini-scenario that you can incorporate into your normal 'Hunting' actions in Journey To The Overland.

More Art

Finally, Mark has provided me with more art for the game.  Most of this I am not sure where it will end up yet.  Probably in a module or supplement or an encounter card.  But I love sharing it with you guys.

The Unknown Knight (tentative)
The Unknown Knight (tentative)

Well sorry for the slight delay in getting this update out but I hope it suffices until next month.  And anyone with that knows of any good software solutions for working with PDF files please let me know.  Obviously there is Adobe Acrobat but that requires a monthly subscription and I would prefer to either get something that is freeware or a reasonable one time purchase.

Journey To The Overland on Archivos!
about 5 years ago – Tue, Mar 19, 2019 at 11:08:57 PM

Welcome Back Journeymen!

Journey To The Overland on Archivos

This month I would like to spotlight a platform I have been using to share content on the Journey To The Overland Solo Tabletop Roleplaying game for the past few years.

The site is called Archivos and it bills itself as a story development and presentation platform. While it is not an exclusive roleplaying platform it has been used by some very big roleplaying franchises like Critical Roll!

I have been adding Journey To The Overland content to Archivos for close to three years now and even referenced it briefly in some other dates.  However with the progress that has been made on the 2nd Edition of Journey To The Overland I would like to cover the platform in depth and how I believe it can potentially integrate the experience all of us have collectively playing the game "solo".

Unfortunately it is a little much to cover and explain in an update so I have prepared a video about the platform and showcasing the Journey To The Overland story elements as they presently exists!

WARNING:  There is a lot of fan noise in the background which I have spent the last three days trying to remove with no success so I just uploaded it as so as not to delay this update any longer.  Sorry.

Finally, I have personally forwarded an "invitation" to all the current Backers of Journey To The Overland: Redux for a free basic subscription to the platform.  This is a NO COST and NO OBLIGATION invitation that is covered under the subscription I have already purchased to the platform.  What you will be able to see and access with the subscription is explained in the video.  If you have not received the invitation and would like to access the platform please email or message me and I will have it resent.  Hopefully most of you will at least look around the platform while you await the start of fulfillment.

Long term this is the first of maybe a half dozen role playing platforms I would like to have Journey To The Overland implemented on including Roll20 and FantasyGrounds so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Second Edition Rulebook

As all of you should have seen by now the 2nd Edition Rulebook was completed last month.  Coming in at 592 pages however the editing has been constant since that time as I am resolved to present the cleanest, clearest, most complete rulebook I can on day one.  Just last night I made a couple more passes of the proof copy in InDesign and caught a few rather obvious omissions.  That being said the rulebook is finished and complete and you can view a rather extended flip through of it using the link in the last update if you have not already done so.

Master Storyteller Pledge Closing March 31.

As for the pledges I will be closing the "Master Storyteller Pledge" in the Backerkit at the end of this month as I need to finalize the Master Storyteller card deck and the all-inclusive content offer.  The Core Game only pledges and ALL IN pledges will remain open however as none of those feature any Backer specific content.  If you would like to upgrade to the Master Storyteller simply go into Backerkit before the month is out and do so and I will be in touch about your concepts.  Obviously if you have any problem please message me.

I am still putting the final touches on The Town of Misery Expansion, The Wooddam Forest Expansion and The Unknown Islands Expansion all of which have some great art and some great new mechanics.  Right now based on my project timeline (which is actually tracking quite well) The Town of Misery will be finished at the end of this month, The Unknown Islands at the end of this month or early April followed by The Wooddam Forest at the end of April.  All of three of which essentially have one or two sections left to write up.  That gives me all of May and June to finish The Urban Expansion and The Two Player Variant and then July and August to start the initial fulfillment process.

To see where everything else stands take a look at the October 2018 through December 2018 updates.

Miniature Showcase

In addition to all of the above I wanted to share some of the first painted images of the STL miniatures I briefly offered during the campaign.  These are my personal miniatures, painted by ME so they are nowhere near  professional standard.  Also the material is the cheapest of the materials offered by Shapeways for 3D printing these so some of the detail was obviously lost in the printing but seeing as they were about $3.00 each to print and I only printed them to make sure the Shapeways specifications would work I am actually quite pleased with them and will be painting the rest and showing them in future updates when I get a chance.

I intend to do another order of the higher quality plastic and maybe even a metal one or two but seeing Shapeways prices that out at about $9 (pvc plastic) to $25 (metal) it's not a priority right now.

Journey To The Overland on Youtube

Many of you may have noticed that all of the Journey To The Overland video content to date has appeared on my Solowargaming Show Youtube channel.  This was mainly a result of the channel actually existing before the first Kickstarter.

However I have been wanting for some time to export all of the Journey To The Overland content to its own Youtube channel to better discuss it as well as discussing other role playing content that I think complements the game very well is just something similar and cool to look at.

This month I finally took the plunge and set up the separate Journey To The Overland Youtube channel.  Currently it has no subscribers and only three of the two dozen or so Journey To The Overland related videos on it but more are being uploaded daily including the Let's Play videos of my Maverick and Lyla Campaign.

Having the separate channel is really exciting for me as it will now allow me to post a lot more updates and content specific to the game alone without feeling like I am 'marketing' to the wargamers who mostly subscribe the Solowargaming Show.  This includes being able to move forward with my Journey To The Overland/Frostgrave crossover; uploading part two of Collecting Proxy Miniatures for my Journey To The Overland Encounter Cards and of course starting a 2nd Edition Journey To The Overland Campaign.

All of you are welcome to subscribe and hit the Notification Bell to keep track of all the fun events that will be happening there.  Those who don't will still get updated monthly about things of interest that have been posted, so either way works for me.

More Art

I am still getting (and purchasing) more art on a monthly basis mostly from the very talented Mark De Vera for both the cards and supplements as the rule book is obviously complete.

 A GIVEAWAY!

Finally, as I indicated earlier in the this update I have been making constant edits to the 2nd Edition Rulebooks I ordered and will need to reorder both versions this month to review the final proofs.  That being said I would like to do a giveaway of the two 2nd Edition Rulebook prototypes that are already done.  These are not FINAL so if you win one please do not confuse them with your eventual 2nd Edition book.  Also this has nothing to do with your pledge level.  All Backers are eligible to win so winning in no way effects your actual copy in the future other than as indicated it is not a FINAL version.

All of that out of the way there will be two ways to win.  The first is right here in the "comments" on this update.  If you would like to be entered to win simply include the words "2nd Edition" somewhere in your comments.  This will be a drawing at the end of the month for the Softcover 2nd Edition proof copy.

The second way to win will be at the new Journey To The Overland Youtube page.  Simply subscribe AND hit the notification button and you will be entered to win the Hardcover 2nd Edition proof copy.  AND YES you can win BOTH!  For all US Backers I will cover the cost of the shipping.  For all international Backers I will pay half the costs of shipping (probably around $14.00).  But of course you don't have to enter if that is too steep for you.

In addition to letting a Backer get an early look at the complete 2nd Edition rulebook this will also give me a more or less accurate costs of shipping the 2nd Edition book alone in both the US and abroad.

Introducing Journey To The Overland Second Edition!
about 5 years ago – Thu, Feb 07, 2019 at 12:51:25 AM

Hello one and all!

As the title suggests the Journey To The Overland: Second Edition rulebook is officially complete!  Both the softcover and hardback editions!

Softcover and Hardcover Second Edition Journey To The Overland
Softcover and Hardcover Second Edition Journey To The Overland

After a couple of weeks of correcting typos, improving pixellated images and tweaking a few rules the final version of each has been submitted to the publisher for a final approval.  That being mostly a formality I should have printed copies of in a couple of weeks.  Once I get those and do a final flip through I intend to contact those Backers whose pledges I can fulfill for shipping.

In the meantime, I am putting the final touches on two of the four remaining supplements.

Also as promised I have put up a video on my Youtube page of a flip through of the Second Edition.

All of that being said I'm cautiously optimistic that everything is still on schedule to meet (or get very close) to the fulfillment date indicated on the Kickstarter!  Obviously all of this assumes I can keep progressing everything at the same rate I've been on for the last six months but being the most involved part of the Second Edition as I said...I'm optimistic!

Excelsior!

P.S. So do you guys prefer the original blue artwork for the Hardcover Edition or the green artwork?
